The master bedroom has an 11-foot-4-inch-high ceiling and a huge walk-in closet with its own window. The kitchen has a Subzero refrigerator, a six-burner Viking stove and other high-end details.
CONS While two of the bedrooms are spacious, the third is quite small, measuring approximately 7-by-11 feet. The staircase between the first and second floors is steep. The refinished basement is good for storage, but the ceiling height is too low for other uses.

PROS The rear of the apartment has an almost 700-square-foot terrace that both brightens the interior and acts as an outdoor living space. The kitchen has a glossy modern finish and there is a hidden washer and dryer.
CONS The buyer will likely want to reconfigure the narrow layout, because the bedrooms are small and don’t have their own closets. There is adequate storage space, but it’s mostly in the hallway.

PROS The step-down living room is bright and airy and the updated kitchen has ample counter space. The bedroom has a full wall of closet space, while a smaller room off the kitchen makes a suitable nursery or office. Pets are allowed.
CONS The nursery doesn’t have a closet, and would be a tight fit for a guest room.
